Smart OSH is a SaaS system
What is a SaaS system?
Section titled “What is a SaaS system?”SaaS (Software as a Service) is a software distribution model in which the application is hosted and maintained in the cloud by the provider, and clients access it via the internet, without needing to install or manage anything on their own servers.
Smart OSH is an exclusively SaaS system. This means it is not possible to configure or deploy it on-premise (on the client’s servers or infrastructure).
Advantages of the SaaS model
Section titled “Advantages of the SaaS model”The SaaS model provides significant benefits both for the client and for the continuous evolution of the product:
Infrastructure and maintenance
Section titled “Infrastructure and maintenance”The MySmartOSH team takes care of all the infrastructure: servers, networks, databases, operating system updates, and middleware layers. The client does not need a dedicated technical team to maintain the environment.
Cybersecurity and continuity
Section titled “Cybersecurity and continuity”Cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance (ENS, ISO 27001, NIS2) are the responsibility of the provider. Smart OSH holds official certifications that guarantee these standards.
R&D and product evolution
Section titled “R&D and product evolution”All research, development, and improvement efforts fall to the provider. Clients automatically benefit from new features and performance enhancements at no additional cost or intervention on their part.
Roadmap oriented to the client community
Section titled “Roadmap oriented to the client community”In the specific case of Smart OSH, the development roadmap is shaped by the needs of the client community as a whole. This allows prioritising improvements with the greatest real impact and ensures the platform evolves in the direction that delivers the most value.
Immediate access and scalability
Section titled “Immediate access and scalability”As a cloud solution, new users or modules are activated immediately, without the need to install software or expand own infrastructure.
