Questionnaire Responses Dashboard

The Questionnaire Responses dashboard shows you, in a single table, what each questionnaire answered to each question. Unlike the dashboards by company and centre, by activity or by team — which group and count the responses — this one does not calculate percentages or counts: it presents the exact response of each questionnaire, question by question, like an individual answer sheet.

You will only see data from the companies, centres, sections and positions to which you have access according to your user profile. Two different people may see different figures in the same dashboard, and that is expected.

You choose a template first. This dashboard works with a single questionnaire model at a time. At the top you must select the questionnaire template you want to consult; from there, the table shows the responses of the questionnaires completed based on that template.

The unit is the individual response. Each cell in the table corresponds to the response of a questionnaire to a specific question. They are neither summed nor averaged: the content of the response is shown exactly as it was completed.

Answered or unanswered question. Cells with responses are highlighted; questions that a questionnaire left unanswered are shown in grey, so you can quickly see which questionnaires are complete and which are not.

Active elements. The table only takes into account companies, centres, sections, positions, activities and teams that remain active.

Scope permissions. The dashboard only includes questionnaires from the companies, centres and sections to which you have access. That is why two users with different permissions may see different data.

Chained filters. All filters are applied simultaneously to the table. If you select a centre, a question or a period, the table recalculates only with the responses that meet those criteria.

On the left side and at the top you will find the filters. Most allow multiple selection and include a search box. Remember that, additionally, at the top you must choose the questionnaire template you want to consult.

FilterWhat it allows you to narrow down

ActivityQuestionnaires from a specific activity.

Questionnaire responsibleQuestionnaires completed by a specific person.
Observed employeeQuestionnaires completed about a specific employee.
External companyQuestionnaires completed about a specific external company.
ProjectQuestionnaires associated with a specific project.
TagQuestionnaires marked with a specific tag.
Submission dateThe time period, according to the questionnaire submission date.
Questionnaire categoryQuestionnaires from a specific category.
Questionnaire templateThe questionnaire model being consulted.
QuestionnaireA specific questionnaire, by its code and title.
Question from the questionnaireA specific question from the questionnaire, by its number and title.
Question groupThe questions of a specific group within the questionnaire.

This is the main element of the dashboard. It is a cross table (pivot table type) that, in the rows, shows each completed questionnaire (identified by its code and title) and, in the columns, the template and each of its questions (ordered by their number). At each intersection it shows the response that questionnaire gave to that question.

ElementWhat it shows
Rows (questionnaire)Each completed questionnaire, identified by its code and title.
Columns (question)Each question of the template, ordered by its number within the questionnaire.
Cell (response)The content of the response that questionnaire gave to that question.

Cells with responses are highlighted in colour, while unanswered questions appear in grey, allowing you to quickly locate specific responses and incomplete questionnaires.

How does this dashboard differ from the others in the questionnaire family?
This one does not count or calculate percentages: it shows the exact response of each questionnaire to each question, like an answer sheet. The dashboards by company and centre, by activity and by team, on the other hand, group and count responses to compare them across scopes.

Why are some cells grey?
Because they correspond to questions that the questionnaire left unanswered. Cells with responses are highlighted.

Why do I have to choose a template before seeing data?
Because the table is organised around the questions of a specific questionnaire model. Until you select the template at the top, there is no set of questions to show as columns.

Why is a questionnaire I expected not appearing?
The table only takes into account active companies, centres, sections, positions, activities and teams, and only those within your scope permissions.

Why do my data not match those of a colleague?
The dashboard applies each user’s scope permissions: only questionnaires from the companies, centres and sections you have access to are included.
