How to duplicate an existing visit

The Duplicate visit option allows you to reuse the data from an existing visit to quickly create a new record. It is useful when a person revisits the organisation and you already have their identification data in Smart OSH.

  1. Access Smart OSH and select Visitor control > Visits.
  2. Apply the filters you need to locate the visit you want to copy.
  3. Select the record and click Duplicate.
  4. If you need to modify any data, do so now.
  5. Click Save.

When duplicating a visit, the fields of the new record are filled with three different behaviours: copied editable, copied non-editable, and automatically empty.
