How to register an ergonomic study freely
The module allows you to register any ergonomic study directly in Smart OSH, either because it is being carried out at the moment or because it has been done with another tool and you want to have it in a single centralised repository.
Steps to register the study
Section titled “Steps to register the study”- Register the ergonomic study from Ergonomic Studies > Ergonomic Studies > New.
- If needed, register the subtasks of the study.
- If needed, register the results of the study.
- If needed, register the necessary recommendations.
- If needed, add risk factors, Non-Conformities / Opportunities and/or Tasks associated with the study.
- If needed, add attachments to the study.
Optional elements of the study
Section titled “Optional elements of the study”Subtasks
Section titled “Subtasks”They allow you to break down the study into specific steps or activities to be able to track their progress individually.
Results
Section titled “Results”They collect the quantitative or qualitative conclusions obtained after carrying out the study.
Recommendations
Section titled “Recommendations”Free text with the recommendations derived from the study to improve the evaluated ergonomic conditions.
Risk factors, Non-Conformities / Opportunities and Tasks
Section titled “Risk factors, Non-Conformities / Opportunities and Tasks”These elements are managed globally in Smart OSH and can be linked to the ergonomic study. They integrate with the Risks and Management Systems modules.
Attachments
Section titled “Attachments”They allow you to attach images, documents or any other supporting file to the study. You can:
- Upload a single attachment.
- Upload multiple attachments at once.
