Medical records

Medical records concentrate all the medical information of a worker: history, allergies, sensitivities, examinations performed, vaccines administered, special reports, laboratory analyses, follow-up visits, pregnancy reports, attendances and healthcare visits.

There are two ways to locate the worker whose record you want to consult.

Allows you to search for a worker who has information registered within Smarthealth.

  1. Click the Search for a worker in Smarthealth button. The search window will open.
  2. Enter the worker’s name or ID number.
  3. Select the desired worker from the dropdown with the results.
  4. All available information in their record will load automatically.

Allows you to search for a worker within a specific company managed in SmartOSH.

  1. Select the company (only if there is more than one).
  2. Select the desired worker from the list of workers in that company.
  3. All available information in their record will load automatically.

  1. Click Add. An integrated window will open within the table.
  2. Search for the history by typing at least 4 characters in the dropdown.
  3. Select the desired history.
  4. Optionally, fill in the Other section with free text (only available if a predefined history was previously selected).
  5. Click Update to save.
  1. Click Add. An integrated window will open within the table.
  2. Select an allergy from the predefined options in the dropdown.
  3. Optionally, add additional free text.
  4. Click Update to save.
  1. Click Add. An integrated window will open within the table.
  2. Select the sensitivity in the dropdown.
  3. Enter the description (optional).
  4. Enter the restrictions (optional).
  5. Indicate the From and To dates of the sensitivity.
  6. Click Update to save.

  1. Select the Examinations tab.
  2. To access the details of a specific examination, click the stethoscope icon of the desired record.
  1. Select the Vaccines tab.
  2. The list of vaccines administered to the worker will be displayed.

Allows you to create special medical reports for the worker.

  1. Select the Special reports tab.
  2. Click the Add button. The creation window will open.
  3. Enter the report title.
  4. Write the content in the free text editor.
  5. Click Save, sign and generate report. Once generated, a PDF icon will appear to view it.

  1. Select the Laboratory analyses tab.
  2. The list of analyses performed on the worker will be displayed.

Attendances and healthcare visits from the record

Section titled “Attendances and healthcare visits from the record”
  1. Select the Attendances tab.
  2. Click the Add attendance button. The data window will open.
  3. Fill in the attendance details.
  4. Click Save attendance to register it.
  1. In the Attendances tab, click the pencil icon of the desired record. The editing window will open.
  2. Modify the necessary data.
  3. Click Save attendance to confirm the changes, or Delete attendance if you want to remove it.
  1. Select the Healthcare visits tab.
  2. Click the Add healthcare visit button. The data window will open.
  3. Fill in the healthcare visit details.
  4. Click Save healthcare visit to register it.
  1. In the Healthcare visits tab, click the pencil icon of the desired record. The editing window will open.
  2. Modify the necessary data.
  3. Click Save healthcare visit to confirm the changes, or Delete healthcare visit if you want to remove it.
