Additional information on access control

The access control now displays additional information about the context of each access, allowing the person managing access to have more complete data without needing to navigate to other screens.

What information is shown when consulting an access

When consulting the access of an employee or a vehicle / machine, in addition to the identification data and document status, the record includes:

• The external company to which the employee or the vehicle / machine belongs.
• The main company or centre of the coordination associated with the access.

This data appears alongside the list of coordinations linked to the resource, so it is immediately clear who it belongs to and under which main company it operates.

Note

The information is displayed automatically in the Access Control view, with no additional configuration required.
