How to register a training session
SmartOSH offers two types of training sessions depending on the level of detail you need to record the training. This page summarises the differences and describes the general flow common to both.
Types of session

General steps
Section titled “General steps”Regardless of the type, the registration flow follows these steps:
- Go to Training and information > Training sessions and click on the type of session you need (New basic or New advanced).
- Complete the session fields. The mandatory fields depend on the type of session.
- Indicate the course that applies. In the advanced session, this action is managed from the Courses tab.
- Manage employee attendance. In the advanced session, you will also need to manage the training sessions.
- From the Reports and attachments > Reports tab, obtain the list of attendees and the training certificates of the employees.
