How to synchronise a study with Ergo/IBV

The Ergonomic Studies module allows you to have the studies carried out with Ergo/IBV available in Smart OSH, avoiding duplicate work and maintaining a single centralised repository of studies.

Steps to synchronise the study

1. Register the ergonomic study from Ergo/IBV and transfer the record.
2. View the study from Smart OSH.

Tip

Once transferred, the study will automatically appear in the Ergonomic Studies list screen in Smart OSH like any other study, but with the source identified as synchronised with Ergo/IBV.

Behaviour of the «Sincronizado ErgoIBV» checkbox

Caution

The Sincronizado ErgoIBV checkbox is automatically ticked when the study is transferred from Ergo/IBV. It cannot be manually modified: if you try to tick or untick it from the detail screen, you will not be able to do so.

Access to the report generated by Ergo/IBV

For synchronised studies, the report generated by Ergo/IBV is automatically available in the study’s Attachments tab, where you can view and download it.

Note

From Smart OSH, you can only view the report generated through the Ergo/IBV synchronisation; an equivalent report is not generated from Smart OSH for these studies.
