Unassign vehicles or machines from a coordination

When a vehicle or machine stops being used in a coordination but remains part of your external company, you must unassign it from that coordination. The system:

• Deactivates the notifications and documentary requests associated with that coordination.
• Keeps the resource in your organisation so that you can reassign it to another coordination in the future.

Difference between unassigning and deregistering

• Unassigning: the vehicle or machine stops participating in a specific coordination, but remains a resource of your company.
• Deregistering: the resource no longer belongs to your organisation and is permanently removed from the system.

How to unassign vehicles or machines

1. Access the coordination editor.
2. Go to step 4 · Vehicles / Machines.
3. In the upper table Vehicles / Machines of the external company associated with the coordination, select the resource or resources you want to unassign.
4. Click Unassign vehicle/machine.
5. Press Go to coordinations to finish.

After the action, the resource will move from the associated table to the lower table Vehicles / Machines of the external company not associated with the coordination. From that moment on, it stops participating in this coordination, but remains available for future assignments.

Bulk unassignment

You can select several vehicles or machines at once and unassign them in a single operation.
