PPE Dashboard

The PPE dashboard provides an overview of the status of personal protective equipment deliveries: how many have been generated, how many have been completed, their current status, how they are distributed by type of PPE and centre, and how deliveries evolve over time.

You will only see data from the companies, centres, sections and positions you have access to according to your user profile. Two different people may see different figures on the same dashboard, and this is expected.

Before reviewing each element, it is useful to clarify several concepts used throughout the dashboard.

PPE delivery. This is the unit counted in this dashboard: the need to deliver a PPE item to an employee. Each delivery is counted only once, even if it has several associated tags.

Only active needs. The dashboard includes only active PPE needs.

Delivery status. Each delivery goes through a series of statuses:

StatusMeaning
Not startedThe delivery has not yet started.
RequestedThe PPE has been requested.
DeliveredThe PPE has been delivered.
CompletedThe delivery is complete.
ClosedThe delivery has been closed.

Completed (for percentage purposes). To calculate the compliance percentage, deliveries in Completed or Closed status are considered completed.

Generated and delivered. In the evolution charts, a distinction is made between generated deliveries (by their creation date) and delivered deliveries (by their last delivery date).

Type of PPE. The type of personal protective equipment corresponding to the delivery.

Active elements. The charts and tables take into account whether the company, centre, section, position, team, activity, chemical agent or type of PPE remain active.

Scope permissions. The dashboard only includes deliveries from the companies, centres, sections and positions you have access to.

Chained filters. All filters are applied simultaneously to all charts, cards and tables.

On the left side you will find the filters. Most allow multiple selection and include a search function.

The same information without accumulation: how many deliveries are generated and delivered each month.

What counts as “completed”?
For the compliance percentage, deliveries in Completed or Closed status are considered completed.

Why do some deliveries not appear?
The dashboard includes only active PPE needs. Inactive ones are not shown.

Which date is used in the date filter?
The creation date of the delivery.

Why do my figures not match those of a colleague?
The dashboard applies each user’s scope permissions: only deliveries from the companies, centres, sections and positions you have access to are included.
