How to register a visit from the App / Viewer app

This page describes how to register a visit from the Mobile App or from the Smart OSH Viewer app. The procedure is practically identical in both cases, with only one difference: the access point.

Tip

Remember to wait until the data is fully downloaded before starting the registration. First, the message “Downloading data” appears and, when finished, “Download data from server”.

Steps to register the visit

The registration is completed in 3 steps within the guided flow of the App / Viewer app:

1. Access the corresponding point:
   • From the App: open the App from your mobile device.
   • From the Viewer app: access Smart OSH and select Viewer app from the home page.
2. Click on Visit registration and select the visit environment you need to access. Accept the notice about kiosk mode.
3. Step 1 of 3: fill in the identification data and click NEXT.
4. Step 2 of 3: read and view the provided information and click NEXT.
5. Step 3 of 3: read and tick the checkboxes for the indicated consents (if specified), access the signature icon to sign, click Accept and then FINISH.

Note

• The FINISH option is only activated when all required actions on the screen have been completed.
• The registration is saved when the message “Saved successfully” appears.

Fields in the “Identification data” section

Field	Description
Name	Free text with the name of the person accessing the visit environment.
First surname	Free text with the first surname.
Second surname (optional)	Free text with the second surname.
Company	Free text with the name of the company of the person accessing.
Type of visit	Selectable field indicating the type of visit being made.
Person being visited (optional)	Free text with the name of the person being visited.
E-mail (optional, for receipt)	Email address to which the registration information will be sent. For it to be sent, this option must be enabled in Smart OSH.
Enter NIF / NIE	Free text with the identification document. The program validates the indicated NIF / NIE.
Photograph of NIF / NIE (optional)	Allows including a photograph of the document. From the App it can be taken immediately; from the Viewer app an image is uploaded from the computer.
Acceptance of privacy policy	Mandatory check to accept the policy. Also allows access to the link with the established privacy policy.

Note

• The entry date is recorded automatically upon completing the registration.
• The NEXT option in step 1 is not activated until all mandatory fields are completed.
