Detailed information of a coordination

Smart OSH incorporates a consolidated view with the complete information of a coordination and its subcontracting, eliminating the need to go through the coordination assistant step by step to consult the relevant data.

How to consult the information of a coordination

From the CAE > Coordinations list, in the coordination row click the View access control managers icon. The detail view will open, organised into the following sections:

• General data: code, main company, external company, company profile, start and end dates, type of coordination (defined or undefined) and description of the activities to be carried out.
• Main managers: table with the manager of the main company and additional managers (photo, type, employee, identification, phone and email).
• External managers: table with the manager of the external company and their additional managers, in the same format.

Tip

Each column of the managers’ tables can be sorted to quickly locate the person you need.

How to consult the information of a subcontracting

If the coordination has an associated subcontracting, access its expanded detail to consult:

• General data of the subcontracting: code, main company, subcontracted external company, company profile, dates, type and description.
• External managers: manager and additional managers of the subcontracted external company.
