Visual expansion of CAE workstations and special jobs / risks

Smart OSH expands the visible space of the grid in steps 5 and 6 of the coordination and subcontracting wizard. This expansion facilitates the bulk assignment of CAE job positions and special jobs / risks to employees, especially when there is a high volume of records.

Where it applies

The new expanded view is available in:

• Step 5 · CAE job positions, in the Employee - CAE job position Association tab, both in the coordination and subcontracting wizards.
• Step 6 · Special jobs / Risks, in the association of special jobs and risks to employees.

How to use

No configuration is required. When opening either of the two wizard steps, the grid displays more employees and columns simultaneously, reducing the need to scroll to assign or review information.

Tip

Combine the search box and column sorting to quickly locate the employee or position you want to assign within extensive lists.
