How to register a healthcare centre

To manage medical examination calls, you need to have the corresponding health centres registered with their basic data, staff, and available schedules.

  1. Go to Health surveillance > Configuration > Health centres and click New.
  2. Complete the centre’s records and click Save.
  3. From the applicable tabs, access and complete the information you need.
FieldDescription
NameFree text with the name of the health centre. This name is used in communication emails and appointment notifications.
WebsiteFree text with the centre’s website.
CIF / NIFFree text with the centre’s CIF or NIF.
emailFree text with the centre’s email address.
AddressAllows you to register the centre’s address.
Is own centreCheckbox indicating that the centre belongs to the organisation. If checked, during the acceptance process (and if the call is configured for it), the employee can select it as their preferred centre.
Phone 1Allows you to register the centre’s contact phone number.
Subcontracted company for SurveillanceFree text with the name of the subcontracted company.
Phone 2Allows you to register another contact phone number.
Surveillance company dataFree text with any relevant data about the surveillance company.
LogoAllows you to add an image with the centre’s logo.
ObservationsFree text with observations about the centre.
TabDescription
Healthcare staffAllows you to indicate the healthcare staff belonging to the centre. New registers a new record, Link assigns existing staff, Unlink removes the assignment.
SchedulesAllows you to register the centre’s available schedules. New adds a schedule, the Delete icon removes it.
Reserved schedulesAllows you to register schedules during which NO ONE can book appointments (for example, holidays when the centre is closed).
Availability calendarAllows you to view available appointments. You can filter by the view that best suits you (Day, Work week, Week, Month, Timeline, or Agenda).
Share this centreAllows you to share this centre’s schedules with other tenants.
Centre being sharedAllows you to specify the data of the centre whose schedules are being used.

This tab contains the data that the centre shares with other tenants:

  • URL of this health centre: pre-filled by default and must not be modified.
  • Identification of the health centre: pre-filled by default and must not be modified.
  • Schedules to share: allows you to specify the particular schedules to share.

This tab contains the data for this centre to use the schedules of another shared health centre:

  • Shared health centre URL: URL of the centre from which schedules are to be taken.
  • Shared health centre ID: identification of the centre from which schedules are to be taken.
  • Shared link token: token of the shared schedule.
