Configure the PPE delivery receipt report
From Settings → Report templates → Report template to generate the PPE delivery receipt by necessity you can configure three options that control how the PPE Delivery Receipt report is generated and signed.
Summary of options

The PPE inspection generates a new report
Section titled “The PPE inspection generates a new report”This option controls whether a PPE inspection triggers the automatic regeneration of the delivery receipt report.
- Checked: when including an inspection in a PPE delivery, the programme automatically generates a new report with the updated inspection date and performs the corresponding deferred sending to the employee.
- Not checked: the inspection date is recorded in the delivery, but a new report is not generated nor resent to the employee.
The PPE maintenance generates a new report
Section titled “The PPE maintenance generates a new report”This option controls whether a PPE maintenance triggers the automatic regeneration of the delivery receipt report.
- Checked: when including maintenance in a PPE delivery, the programme automatically generates a new report with the updated maintenance date and performs the corresponding deferred sending to the employee.
- Not checked: the maintenance date is recorded in the delivery, but a new report is not generated nor resent to the employee.
PPE delivery receipt by employee signed by the employee
Section titled “PPE delivery receipt by employee signed by the employee”This option controls whether the PPE delivery receipt by employee report includes the employee’s own signature or not.
- Checked: when generating the report, the programme automatically includes the employee’s signature and performs the deferred sending.
- Not checked: the report is generated without the employee’s signature. It does show the signatures of the individual PPE items delivered, but no additional signature is requested.
