Assign special jobs or risks to employees

Special jobs and risks are assigned to coordination employees so that the system requests, only from the linked persons, the specific documentation required for that particular job or risk.

  1. Access the coordination editor.
  2. Go to step 6 · Special jobs / Risks.
  3. In the Employee Assignment - Special jobs / Risks tab you will find a matrix that crosses employees with the available jobs or risks.
  4. Tick the corresponding cells to link each employee to the special job or risk that applies to them.
  5. Click Go to coordinations to confirm the changes and exit.

If you cannot find the job or risk you need

If the special job or risk you are looking for does not appear in the matrix, or the existing ones do not fit your activity, you can add new ones:

  1. Switch to the Special jobs / risks assignment tab.
  2. Add the jobs or risks you need.
  3. Return to the Employee Assignment - Special jobs / Risks tab to link them to the corresponding employees.
