New homepage for externals in Smart CAE

The homepage of MySmart OSH includes specific widgets for external and CAE manager profiles, so each user only sees information relevant to their role and externals do not access internal information.

What you will see on your homepage

Section titled “What you will see on your homepage”

If you are an external or an internal user managing CAE, the homepage displays widgets related to CAE activity, including:

  • CAE Banner with the message configured by the main company.
  • Status of coordination documentation: accepted, rejected, pending delivery, pending acceptance, pending review, about to expire, and expired.
  • Shortcuts to coordinations and access control.
  • Summary of coordinations and summary of resources in coordinations.

The set of available widgets depends on the user’s permissions.

How to customise the homepage

Section titled “How to customise the homepage”
  1. Click Edit dashboard.
  2. Expand Available widgets and select the widgets you want to add.
  3. Reorder the widgets by dragging them to the desired position.
  4. When finished, click Edit dashboard again to save the changes.
