Change your user password

If this is your first time using Smart CAE or you have forgotten your password, you can change it in a few steps using the link included in your welcome email.

Requirements for a valid password

Before you start, make sure your new password meets these requirements:

• Minimum of 8 characters.
• At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

How to change your password

1. Open the welcome email and click the link or button provided to change your password.
2. Enter a valid password that meets the above requirements.
3. Repeat the password in the second field. It must match exactly the one entered in the previous step.
4. Click Change password to confirm.

Once confirmed, your password will be updated and you can access MySmart OSH with it.
