Own Schedule and Scheduled Appointments

The Appointment Management block is the starting point for planning medical activity. It allows scheduling appointments at in-house centres and external contracted centres using the previously configured slots.

Manages appointments and the availability of professionals at the company’s own centres.

Allows adding an individual appointment on the selected day and centre, using an available slot.

  1. Select the centre.
  2. Select the day on the calendar.
  3. Select a slot marked as available (in green) in the table next to the calendar.
  4. Click Add appointment. The appointment data window will open.
  5. Click Search in company to display the list of workers.
  6. Select a worker from the list.
  7. Select the type of examination.
  8. Add observations if necessary.
  9. Click Save to confirm the appointment.

Allows adding appointments for several workers at once, generating an automatic proposal according to the indicated parameters.

  1. Select the centre.
  2. Click Add block appointment. The configuration window will open.
  3. Select the company (only if there is more than one; otherwise, it is selected automatically).
  4. Indicate the search period: From date, To date, and days of the week to search for free slots.
  5. Indicate start time, end time, appointments per interval, and type of action to narrow the search.
  6. Select the workers who will receive appointments. If no one is selected and non-nominal slots are to be reserved, enter the number in No. of non-nominal appointments to add.
  7. Click Generate proposal (or Generate non-nominal proposal if non-nominal appointments have been indicated). A window with the generated proposal will open.
  8. If the proposal is correct, click Confirm proposal.
  9. Close the window to finish.

Allows adding a special type of appointment that does not depend on the availability of free slots in the schedule.

  1. Select the centre.
  2. Click Add attendance/care visit appointment. The appointment data window will open.
  3. Click Search in company. The window with the list of workers will open.
  4. Select a worker from the list.
  5. Indicate the date and the start and end times of the appointment.
  6. Select the type of appointment: Attendance or Care visit.
  7. Add observations if necessary.
  8. Click Save to confirm the appointment.

Allows modifying the data of an already created appointment or deleting it, provided it has not been previously confirmed.

  1. Select the centre.
  2. Select a day on the calendar or indicate a date range.
  3. In the appointment list, click the pencil icon of the record to edit. The editing window will open.
  4. Modify the enabled data. Optionally, click Modify SMARTOSH worker data to update the worker’s information in Smart OSH.
  5. Click Save appointment to confirm the changes, or Delete appointment if you wish to delete it.

The appointment list on this screen can be shown in two modes:

  • List view — appointments in table format.
  • Schedule view — appointments in schedule format.

Manages appointments and availability at external medical centres contracted by the company. The available tasks are equivalent to those of the In-house schedule.

  1. Select the contracted centre.
  2. Select the day on the calendar.
  3. Select an available slot (in green) in the table next to the calendar.
  4. Click Add appointment. The appointment data window will open.
  5. Click Search in company to display the list of workers.
  6. Select a worker from the list.
  7. Select the type of examination.
  8. Add observations if necessary.
  9. Click Save to confirm the appointment.
  1. Select the contracted centre.
  2. Select a day on the calendar or indicate a date range.
  3. In the appointment list, click the pencil icon of the record to edit. The editing window will open.
  4. Modify the enabled data. Optionally, click Modify SMARTOSH worker data to update the worker’s information.
  5. Click Save appointment to confirm the changes, or Delete appointment if you wish to delete it.

The appointment list can also be viewed in List view or Schedule view using the corresponding tabs.
