Documentation visible to the employee in MySmartOSH

From MySmartOSH the employee can view three types of documentation, depending on how it was generated or uploaded in Smart OSH:

  • Reports generated directly from Smart OSH.
  • Documentation generated through distributions.
  • Documentation generated through attachments.

The employee will see in MySmartOSH any report generated from Smart OSH that meets at least one of these two conditions:

  • Reports that the employee must sign. The employee will be able to view the document and sign it.
  • Reports associated with the employee as the involved party. The employee will be able to view the document. For example, their training certificate.

Documentation generated through distributions

Any distribution made from Smart OSH is visible to the employee in MySmartOSH. They will be able to:

  • View the document.
  • Sign it.
  • Obtain their receipt.

Documentation generated through attachments

Any document uploaded through the employee’s Attachments section can be shown in MySmartOSH. There are two configuration options:

Configure visibility by document type, so that it applies to all attachments of that type:

  1. Go to Documentation → Configuration → Document Types.
  2. Enter the record of the document type you want to make visible.
  3. Check the box Visible in MySmartOSH.

Option 2. From the employee’s attachment

Configure visibility attachment by attachment from the employee’s record:

  1. Go to Organisation → Employees and enter the employee.
  2. Open the tab Reports and attachments → Attachments.
  3. In the corresponding attachment, check the box Employee attachment visible in MySmartOSH.
