How to manage my PPE

Within My data > Basic information you have the EPIS section, where a tag appears for each assigned Personal Protective Equipment, ordered alphabetically.

Each tag shows:

  • Top part: name of the PPE.
  • Bottom part:
    • Type of protection.
    • Status of the PPE (Pending delivery, Pending signature or Completed).
    • Observations with clear instructions on what you must do with that PPE.
    • Photograph of the PPE.
    • Available action section (Receipt, Request or Sign).

PPEs can be in one of these three states:

  • Appears in red.
  • Indicates that this PPE will be delivered to you shortly.
  • Appears in yellow.
  • Indicates that you must sign the delivery receipt of the PPE.
  • The available action is Sign.
  • Appears in green.
  • Indicates that the PPE has already been delivered to you and the receipt is duly signed.
  • The available actions are download the receipt or request the PPE again.

Depending on the status of the PPE, you can perform one of the following actions:

  • Receipt: downloads a PDF with the delivery receipt of the PPE signed by you.
  • Request: opens a screen to request this PPE or any other again.
  • Sign: opens a screen to sign the delivery receipt of the PPE.
