Health Surveillance module menu

From SmartOSH you can manage employee health surveillance:

• Management and control of acceptance and waiver of medical examinations or tests.
• Management and control of appointment scheduling for medical examinations or tests.
• Consultation of the latest medical examination data per employee.

Menu entries

Section	Description
Medical examination calls	List screen to create new calls and consult existing ones.
Appointment schedule	View and perform basic actions on employee appointments.
Healthcare centres	Configuration of healthcare centres to be included in the calls.
Healthcare personnel	Configuration of healthcare personnel assigned to the centres.
Protocols	Configuration of protocols to be applied in the workplaces.
Types of medical examination	Create and consult the available types of medical examination.

Tip

The three configuration sections (Healthcare centres, Healthcare personnel, Protocols, and Types of medical examination) are usually prepared before starting to operate with calls.

Common pattern of the screens

Most sections of the module follow a consistent pattern:

• List screen: shows all existing records with configurable columns, search filters, and a set of top options (New, Delete, Save, Cancel, Refresh, Operations).
• Detail screen: accessed by clicking on a record. Displays the main data and, in many cases, additional tabs with related information.

Note

Column modifications (add, hide, reorder) are retained for future access for your user.
