General dashboard
The general dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of the preventive status of your workforce: what percentage of employees have training completed, information delivered, and PPE delivered, and the status of their health surveillance (result and validity of the medical examination).
You will only see data from the companies and centres you have access to according to your user profile. Two different people may see different figures on the same dashboard, and that is expected.
Key concepts
Section titled “Key concepts”Before reviewing each element, it is useful to clarify several concepts used throughout the dashboard.
Which employees are counted. The dashboard only takes into account internal employees who are assigned to active companies and centres. External employees and those assigned to inactive companies or centres are not included in the counts.
Each employee, only once. Even if an employee has multiple assignments (to different positions or centres), they are counted only once in each chart.
100% completed. For training, information, and PPE, each employee has a progress level. An employee is considered to have training completed, information received, or PPE delivered when that level reaches 100%. If it is below, they count as pending.
Medical examination: result and validity. The health surveillance status is viewed in two complementary ways:
- Examination result (fitness), which can be:
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Fit | The employee is fit for their position. |
| Fit with restrictions | Fit with limitations or conditions. |
| Unfit | Unfit for the position. |
| Various fitness | Combination of results in different positions. |
| Under observation | Result pending follow-up. |
| Not assessable | Could not be assessed. |
| Waiver | The employee has waived the examination. |
| Undefined | No result recorded yet. |
- Validity of the examination, indicating whether the fitness is still valid:
- Valid: the expiry date of the fitness has not yet passed.
- Expired: the expiry date has passed.
- No medical examination: the employee does not have a recorded fitness expiry date.
Scope permissions. The dashboard only includes employees from the companies and centres you have access to. Therefore, two users with different permissions may see different figures.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”This dashboard does not have interactive filters. The information is automatically limited to internal employees of the active companies and centres within your scope.
Charts
Section titled “Charts”The dashboard consists of five donut charts. In each, the number you see is the count of employees meeting each condition, along with their percentage of the total.
Training completed
Section titled “Training completed”Distribution of employees according to whether they have training completed or not. Distinguishes between employees who have reached 100% of their training and those who still have it pending.
Information delivered
Section titled “Information delivered”Distribution of employees according to whether they have received all the information due to them or not. Differentiates between those who have it at 100% and those who have it pending.
PPE delivered
Section titled “PPE delivered”Distribution of employees according to whether they have all their personal protective equipment (PPE) delivered or not. Separates employees with 100% delivery from those with pending deliveries.
Medical examination status
Section titled “Medical examination status”Distribution of employees according to the result of their medical examination (fit, fit with restrictions, unfit, various fitness, under observation, not assessable, waiver, or undefined). Allows a quick view of how many employees are fit and how many require attention.
Medical examination validity
Section titled “Medical examination validity”Distribution of employees according to the validity of their fitness: valid, expired, or no medical examination. Helps identify who has an expired examination or who does not yet have one.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Why don’t I see all my employees?
The dashboard only counts internal employees assigned to active companies and centres. External employees and those in inactive companies or centres do not appear.
When is training, information, or PPE delivery considered completed?
When the employee’s progress level reaches 100%. While it is below, the employee counts as pending.
What does “No medical examination” mean in validity?
That the employee does not have a recorded fitness expiry date, so it is not possible to know if their examination is valid or expired.
Why doesn’t an employee with multiple assignments inflate the figures?
Because each employee is counted only once, even if they have multiple assignments to different positions or centres.
Why don’t my figures match those of a colleague?
The dashboard applies each user’s scope permissions: only employees from the companies and centres you have access to are included.
