Delta/Conta Accident Parts

Smart OSH allows you to manage Delta/Conta accident reports, which are the official formats for reporting work accidents with sick leave to the administration.

You have four ways to create a report:

  1. Go to Accidents → Accident/incident investigations.
  2. Select the record and click Operations → Create accident report (Delta/Conta).

The programme creates the record automatically.

From the detail screen of an investigation

  1. Go to Accidents → Accident/incident investigations and open the record.
  2. Click Operations → Create accident report (Delta/Conta).
  1. Go to Accidents → Delta/Conta accident reports and click New.
  2. Fill in the report details.
  3. Click Save.

From an already started report, loading data from an investigation

If you have started a report as a new record and want to automatically fill it with data from an existing investigation:

  1. Go to Accidents → Delta/Conta accident reports and click New.
  2. Click Operations → Load report from IA.
  3. Select the accident investigation you want to import into the report and click Accept.

If you have an already generated XML report file, you can import it:

  1. Go to Accidents → Delta/Conta accident reports.
  2. Click Operations → Import Delt@ accident report.
  3. Select the XML file from Browse and click Accept.

The programme automatically generates the new record.

Generating produces the downloadable file in Delta or CoNTA format. You can do this in two ways:

  1. Go to Accidents → Delta/Conta accident reports and select the record.
  2. Click Operations → Generate accident report - (Delt@ format).

  2. Click Operations → Generate accident report - (Delt@ format).
