Assign employees to a coordination

When an employee already exists in your external company and must start working in a coordination, you must assign them to that coordination so the system activates the applicable document requests for them.

  1. Access the coordination editor.
  2. Go to step 3 · Employees.
  3. In the lower table External company employees not associated with the coordination, select the employee or employees you want to assign.
  4. Click Associate employee.
  5. Press Go to coordinations to finish.

After the action, the employee will move from the not associated table to the upper table External company employees associated with the coordination. From that moment on, they participate in the coordination and the system will request the applicable documentation from them.
