Check an employee's access
The Access Control is the tool that allows you to quickly and easily check whether an employee can access your client’s facilities, as well as review all the information associated with that person.
How to check access
Section titled “How to check access”- Go to Access Control from the main menu.
- Perform a search by entering keywords of the employee: first name, last name or identifier (DNI/NIE).
- Select the employee from the list to open their profile.
Once selected, you can check:
- The access status to the facilities.
- The documentation associated with the employee.
- The contact persons linked.
- The CAE work positions assigned.
- The work permits and risks linked.
Status icons
Section titled “Status icons”Each employee shows two icons that summarise their situation at a glance:
Access status
Section titled “Access status”- 🟢 Green: access allowed.
- 🔴 Red: access not allowed.
Documentation status
Section titled “Documentation status”- 🟢 Green: all requested documentation is uploaded and validated.
- 🟡 Yellow: the mandatory documents are accepted, but there are non-mandatory documents pending.
- 🔴 Red: mandatory documents are missing to be uploaded and/or validated.
