PPE Dashboards

Although the PPE Needs listing screen already allows searching by applying filters, the module offers two dashboards to have an aggregated view of the status of the needs.

PPE Chart

By selecting PPE Chart, the programme opens a separate page that allows you to consult:

• The status of PPE needs filtered by scope or entity.
• The number of needs created per month and year.

You can apply the filters you need to narrow down the information.

Note

The information displayed on this screen is not immediate: the waiting time depends on the amount of data to be processed.

Dynamic PPE Analysis

By selecting Dynamic PPE Analysis, the programme shows the status of the needs grouped by type of PPE and scope or entity, also with configurable filters.

Tip

Use the PPE Chart for monthly views and comparisons over time, and the Dynamic Analysis when you want to break down the current status by type of PPE or scope without waiting for the chart calculation.
