Assign vehicles or machines to a coordination

When a vehicle or machine already exists in your external company and must start being used in a coordination, you must assign it so that the system activates the applicable documentary requests.

When to use this action?

Use assignment when the resource is already created in your organisation but is not participating in the coordination. If the vehicle or machine does not yet exist in the system, create it first by following the tutorial Create vehicles or machines in a coordination.

How to assign vehicles or machines

1. Access the coordination editor.
2. Go to step 4 · Vehicles / Machines.
3. In the lower table Vehicles / machines of the external company not associated with the coordination, select the resource or resources you want to assign.
4. Click Associate vehicle/machine.
5. Press Go to coordinations to finish.

After the action, the resource will move from the not associated table to the upper table Vehicles / machines of the external company associated with the coordination. From that moment on, it participates in the coordination and the system will request the applicable documentation.

Bulk assignment

You can select several vehicles or machines at once and assign them in a single operation.
