Introduction to SmartHealth

SmartHealth is the health surveillance management application integrated with Smart OSH. It allows all medical activities for workers to be carried out: scheduling and managing appointments, conducting medical examinations, administering vaccines, issuing fitness certificates, managing records, and generating epidemiological reports.

The purpose of this manual is to provide a quick reference to locate which menu block contains each functionality and what the user can do within it.

The main menu is organised into five functional blocks. This documentation covers the first three, which concentrate all the operational activity of the application:

BlockMain purpose
Agenda ManagementConfigure slots and schedule appointments in own and contracted centres
Company ManagementConfigure the general data of the companies
Medical ManagementCarry out all medical activities (examinations, vaccines, follow-ups, etc.)

Allows configuring the slots (time slots) of the agendas and scheduling appointments both in own centres and contracted medical centres. It is organised into three sections:

  • Own agenda — appointments in the company’s own centres.
  • Contracted agenda — appointments in external contracted medical centres.
  • Configurator — definition of time bands, holidays, and slot customisation.

Groups the functions to configure the general data of the managed company or companies: identifying information, health surveillance officer, worker reminders, activity reports, and VS planning report.

Central block of the application. Concentrates all tasks related to medical activity:
