Introduction to SmartHealth
What is SmartHealth
Section titled “What is SmartHealth”SmartHealth is the health surveillance management application integrated with Smart OSH. It allows all medical activities for workers to be carried out: scheduling and managing appointments, conducting medical examinations, administering vaccines, issuing fitness certificates, managing records, and generating epidemiological reports.
The purpose of this manual is to provide a quick reference to locate which menu block contains each functionality and what the user can do within it.
Main menu structure
Section titled “Main menu structure”The main menu is organised into five functional blocks. This documentation covers the first three, which concentrate all the operational activity of the application:

Documented blocks
Section titled “Documented blocks”Block 1 — Agenda Management
Section titled “Block 1 — Agenda Management”Allows configuring the slots (time slots) of the agendas and scheduling appointments both in own centres and contracted medical centres. It is organised into three sections:
- Own agenda — appointments in the company’s own centres.
- Contracted agenda — appointments in external contracted medical centres.
- Configurator — definition of time bands, holidays, and slot customisation.
Block 2 — Company Management
Section titled “Block 2 — Company Management”Groups the functions to configure the general data of the managed company or companies: identifying information, health surveillance officer, worker reminders, activity reports, and VS planning report.
Block 3 — Medical Management
Section titled “Block 3 — Medical Management”Central block of the application. Concentrates all tasks related to medical activity:
- Assignment of protocols and job positions.
- Appointment list and confirmation of examinations.
- Conducting and completing medical examinations.
- Administered vaccines and fitness evaluations.
- Follow-up visits and medical records.
- Laboratory analyses, attendances, and care visits.
- Epidemiological study, indicators, workers, and activity records.
