Vaccines skills and follow-up visits

Allows you to record the vaccines administered to workers and consult those already registered.

  1. Click Add vaccine. The data window will open.
  2. Fill in the corresponding vaccine data.
  3. Click Save vaccine to register it.
  1. In the vaccine table, click the pencil icon of the record to edit. The editing window will open.
  2. Modify the necessary vaccine data.
  3. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Allows issuing the aptitude certificates corresponding to completed medical examinations. The list is organised into three tabs:

  • All — all records, evaluated and not evaluated.
  • Pending aptitude — only examinations pending evaluation.
  • Evaluated — examinations that already have an issued aptitude certificate.

Allows viewing the summary of the medical history associated with the record.

  1. In the list, click the Medical history button of the record to consult.
  2. The summary of the medical history will be displayed.

Allows viewing the summary of alterations detected in the examination.

  1. In the list, click the Alterations button of the record to consult.
  2. The summary of detected alterations will be displayed.

Allows issuing the aptitude certificate associated with the worker’s medical examination.

  1. In the list, click the Assessment button of the record to evaluate.
  2. Select the corresponding aptitude.
  3. Select the periodicity if it is not automatically filled in or if you want to change it.
  4. Enter the requirements for the worker (optional).
  5. Select the origin of the adaptation if any.
  6. Specify the necessary adaptations, if applicable.
  7. Click Save, sign and generate aptitude. The certificate is generated and a PDF icon appears to view it.

Allows access to the medical examination associated with the record to review its content.

  1. In the list, click the stethoscope icon of the record to consult.
  2. The medical examination will open to review all its content.

Allows creating a clinical course report for the worker and a report for the client (aptitude certificate), related to the follow-up of a previous medical examination.

  1. In the follow-up visits list, click the pencil icon of the record to edit. The editing window will open organised in tabs.
  2. Worker’s clinical course tab:
    • Fill in the text in the editor.
    • Attach a file if necessary.
    • Click Sign and generate clinical course to generate the PDF document.
  3. Client report tab:
    • Select the corresponding aptitude.
    • Select the periodicity if it is not automatically filled in or if you want to change it.
    • Select the origin of the adaptation if any.
    • Specify the necessary adaptations, if applicable.
    • Click Save, sign and generate client report. The report is generated and a PDF icon appears to view it.
