Configure email templates

The configuration of email templates allows you to determine the content of the emails sent during the management of medical examinations.

  • Medical Examination Invitation Email (employee and supervisor).
  • Medical Examination Registration Email (employee and supervisor).
  • Medical Examination Reminder Email (employee and supervisor).
  • Non-attendance Reminder for medical examination/analysis (employee and supervisor).
  1. Go to Settings > Email Templates.
  2. Select the template you want to modify and click Duplicate.
  3. Enter the duplicated template (the one with the System checkbox unmarked).
  4. Make the content changes you need.
  5. Click Save.
