How to complete a questionnaire

To complete a questionnaire, you must access the App (or the Visor App) and select the corresponding template.

Procedure

1. Access the Questionnaires module from the App.
2. Tap the + symbol to access the questionnaire templates.
3. Locate the template you want to complete and tap Use.
4. Fill in the initial data (for example, the Scope) and tap Next to answer all the questions. When finished, tap Send.
5. When you tap Send, you can:
   • Add an optional comment.
   • Add the contacts you want to receive a copy of the questionnaire.
6. Tap Send to confirm.

Filter templates

In step 3, you have a search field to filter templates by name when many are available.

Differences between App and Visor App

• These same actions can be performed from the Visor App.
• The contacts that appear when sending are the email addresses from your mobile contact list, so this action is only available from the App, not from the Visor App.
