How to consult the employee's medical information

To consult an employee’s information regarding Health Surveillance, you have three different access points depending on what you need to see.

From the call itself

Useful for viewing an employee’s status within a specific call.

Go to Health Surveillance > Medical examination calls and enter the call.
Select the Employees tab.

From the «Medical Examination Call» view

Useful for seeing, per employee, the latest relevant data from the calls that apply to them.

Go to Organisation > Employees.
Select the Medical Examination Call view.

From the employee’s «Medical Data» tab

Useful for reviewing the employee’s medical history and periodicity.

Go to Organisation > Employees and enter the employee.
Select the Medical Data tab.

Inside you will find two sub-tabs:

Medical fitness and waivers: latest employee information and history of records already managed.
Medical examination periodicity: information about the applicable periodicity and the date of the next medical examination.

How the periodicity of medical examinations is calculated

The periodicity of medical examinations can be calculated automatically based on the job position or the assigned protocols.

To calculate the field Employee’s next medical examination date, two fields are evaluated:

Calculated medical examination periodicity

Applied when the field Free medical examination periodicity is NOT filled in. In this case, the value resulting from the automatic calculation of the most restrictive periodicity among the protocols assigned to the position is used.

Free medical examination periodicity

Can be modified manually and takes precedence over the Calculated medical examination periodicity when calculating the next medical examination.
