KB020 allows multiple current measurements per scope

Now, when importing measurements via KB020, it is possible to maintain multiple active measurements for the same scope as long as they are differentiated by location. This makes it easier to reflect scenarios in Smart OSH where there are several measurements of the same type within the same scope.

How it works

1. Import the measurement from KB020 providing its usual data.
2. To distinguish multiple measurements of the same type within the same scope, use the Location field.
3. Smart OSH uniquely identifies each measurement by the combination of measurement type + scope + location.
4. If that combination does not exist, a new measurement is created.
5. If that combination already exists, the corresponding measurement is updated.

Note

This improvement allows having multiple measurements for the same scope when they are differentiated by location. If this field is not provided, it cannot be used as a differentiating element between measurements of the same type and scope.
