Coordination search filters

The coordinations screen includes several search filters to quickly locate the information you need. This guide explains which filters exist and which ones are best for you to use depending on your situation.

To have an overview of all your coordinations, go to the Show all coordinations option.

These are the most practical filters for day-to-day use.

Useful if you work for several companies within the same group. It allows you to limit the list to the coordinations of a specific main company.

If you want to manage the information of a specific employee (see which coordinations they are in, their documentation, etc.), this filter takes you directly to their records.

Equivalent to the above, but for specific vehicles or machines. Useful when you need to locate a specific resource by registration number, serial number, etc.

These are less frequent filters but useful in specific cases.

Useful when your client works by specific tasks or events and therefore may have several simultaneous coordinations.

Especially useful at the level of CAE managers who handle many external companies.
