Available standard dashboards
SmartOSH includes 9 standard dashboards that cover the most relevant aspects of prevention and organisation. This page describes each of them with their content, associated modules, available filters, and typical use cases.
Position map
Section titled “Position map”Content: shows information on the number of employees, activities, equipment, chemical agents, types of PPE and courses within the scope of the organisational structure you choose. The information appears in various tags with their overall number and in tables with the corresponding details.
- Related modules: Organisation, Training and employee information.
- Available filters: Scope.
- Application: allows you to obtain a quick conceptual map of the basic data of your organisation, either globally or filtered by a specific scope.
Employee status
Section titled “Employee status”Content: indicates the status of employee information in relation to the status of their documentation. The information is displayed in a table with details of all employee information by organisational structure, in tags with the overall number, and in various visual charts.

- Application: allows you to obtain a quick conceptual map of the basic employee data.
Task dashboard
Section titled “Task dashboard”Content: shows the status of tasks, as well as their relation to open and overdue tasks, in various tags, charts and tables.
- Related modules: Tasks and notices.
- Available filters: Task status, Date, Task responsible, Task observer, Employee task observer, Project, Scope, Activity, Equipment / Installation, External company, Tag, Source type.
- Application: allows you to access detailed task data.
- Detailed documentation: Task dashboard.
Accident dashboard
Section titled “Accident dashboard”Content: allows visualisation of the basic accident indicators in various tags, charts and tables.
- Related modules: Accidents.
- Available filters: Company, Centre, Affected employee, Type, Date, Range.
- Application: allows you to access detailed basic data on days without accidents, lost working days, accident notifications, accident investigations, accidents with leave and incidents to report to the personnel who need it.
Accident indices
Section titled “Accident indices”Content: shows data with the accident indices in various charts and tags.
- Related modules: Accidents.
- Available filters: Company, Centre, Year, Range.
- Application: allows you to access detailed basic data on the frequency index, incidence index, severity index or average duration index to report to the personnel who need it.
Training dashboard
Section titled “Training dashboard”Content: allows access to information on employee training actions carried out by scope and shows their evolution, in various charts, tags (completed training actions versus total) and tables (training actions by centre).

- Available filters: Scope, Activity, Equipment, Course, Tag, Type of PPE, Date.
- Application: allows you to access detailed employee training actions from various sections.
Participation dashboard
Section titled “Participation dashboard”Content: allows visualisation of the number of participations carried out by category and status in various charts, tags (employee participations) and tables (participations by centre).
- Related modules: Leadership and employee participation.
- Available filters: Company, Centre, Section, Position, Category, Date.
- Application: allows you to access detailed employee participations carried out.
Coordination dashboard
Section titled “Coordination dashboard”Content: shows information on active coordinations, as well as the status of the organisation’s CAE documentation, in various charts, tags (active coordinations) and tables (coordinations by company).
- Related modules: CAE.
- Available filters: Scope, Coordination, External company, Document type, Document status, Origin.
- Application: allows you to access detailed CAE documentary information of the company.
CAE validation dashboard
Section titled “CAE validation dashboard”Content: shows the summary of the documentary validation status and its document status ratio in various charts, tags and tables (summary by validating technician).

- Application: allows you to access detailed CAE documentary information on company validations.
