Dynamic risk analysis and measures chart
Dynamic Risk Analysis
Section titled “Dynamic Risk Analysis”Dynamic analysis is based on data from the SmartIndex, which combines risk assessment and impact. Access it from Risks > Dynamic Risk Analysis.
What is shown by default
Section titled “What is shown by default”- A table and a dynamic chart with all registered risk factors.
- You can perform a filtered search by Scope, Activity or Equipment/Installation.
How to configure the pivot table
Section titled “How to configure the pivot table”Move the available fields so that the information appears as you wish:
- SmartIndex.
- Type of risk.
- Company, Site, Section, Position.
Exporting the information
Section titled “Exporting the information”- Click on the Settings arrow of the screen.
- Select the Export to arrow.
- Choose the desired format.
Measures Dashboard
Section titled “Measures Dashboard”Allows you to visually analyse all registered measures (for example, how many have been closed or opened during the year in a given scope). Access it from Risks > Measures Dashboard.
Available filters
Section titled “Available filters”- Status.
- Scope.
- Equipment/Activity.
- Origin of the measure.
- Tag.
- Responsible.
- Observer.
- Date range.
- Site status.
Available charts
Section titled “Available charts”Once filters are applied, you have:
- Measures by status: number and percentage of measures by their status.
- Measures by month: number of measures per month.
- Overdue measures by status: number of overdue measures by their status.
- Measures by year: number of measures per year.
Exporting the information
Section titled “Exporting the information”- Click Export within the chart.
- Select the format.
