How to access My Smart OSH
To access My SmartOSH you have two options depending on the situation: the usual login with your credentials or password recovery if you have forgotten it.
How to access the application
Section titled “How to access the application”Before you can enter, the administrator user of your organisation must provide you with the access data: the link to My SmartOSH, your username and your password.
- Go to the URL of My SmartOSH provided by your organisation.
- Fill in the Username and Password fields.
- Click Continue.
How to request a new password
Section titled “How to request a new password”If you have a username but do not remember your password, you can recover it from the login screen itself.
- Access My SmartOSH and click on “Forgot your password?”.
- On the screen that appears, fill in only one of the two fields: Your email address or Username. Click Send instructions.
- If the system has your email, you will receive an email immediately to change the password.
- If you do not receive the email after 5 minutes, click Try again or contact your manager.
