How to access My Smart OSH

To access My SmartOSH you have two options depending on the situation: the usual login with your credentials or password recovery if you have forgotten it.

How to access the application

Before you can enter, the administrator user of your organisation must provide you with the access data: the link to My SmartOSH, your username and your password.

Tip

Another common way to receive the access data is via an email that the administrator sends from SmartOSH with the link, your username and a link to change the password.

Steps

1. Go to the URL of My SmartOSH provided by your organisation.
2. Fill in the Username and Password fields.
3. Click Continue.

How to request a new password

If you have a username but do not remember your password, you can recover it from the login screen itself.

Steps

1. Access My SmartOSH and click on “Forgot your password?”.
2. On the screen that appears, fill in only one of the two fields: Your email address or Username. Click Send instructions.
3. If the system has your email, you will receive an email immediately to change the password.
4. If you do not receive the email after 5 minutes, click Try again or contact your manager.

Caution

The access credentials (username and password) are shared with SmartOSH. If you change the password in My SmartOSH, you are also changing it for the main SmartOSH application, and vice versa.
