Configure report templates

The report template configuration allows the certificate of acceptance or waiver of the employee to the medical examination to be generated automatically. Two sections must be checked: Settings and Configuration.

Report template in Settings

Steps

1. Go to Settings > Report templates.
2. In the field Report template to generate certificates of acceptance/waiver of medical examinations, Acceptance/Waiver ME should appear.
3. If it does not appear, select it and click Save.

Note

The Acceptance/Waiver ME report is generated automatically on the day the employee accepts or waives the medical examination.

Caution

If you decide to include a different template, bear in mind that future updates to the original «Acceptance/Waiver ME» template will not be applied to the modified template.

Report template in Configuration

The report template configuration allows the signature workflow to be defined. For Health Surveillance, no additional configuration is necessary: the programme sends the file and adds the signature to the document automatically.

Tip

It is not necessary to check Digitally sign the report or Send the report via email for the reports to be generated and signed.

Verification steps

1. Go to Configuration > Report templates.
2. In Type of generated document, verify that AceptacionRenunciaRM - Acceptance / Waiver Medical Examination is selected.
3. If it is not, select it and click Save.
