Medical examination appointment screen
From Health Surveillance > Medical Examination Calls you can access the management of all calls.
List screen
Section titled “List screen”Displays the set of existing calls with the following sections:
Top filters
Section titled “Top filters”The View active filter allows you to narrow the view:
- Active status: calls whose status is “Active” within their detail screen.
- Inactive status: calls whose status is “Inactive”.
- All: active and inactive calls.
Top options
Section titled “Top options”| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| New | Creates a new medical examination call. |
| Delete | Permanently deletes the selected record. |
| Save / Cancel | Saves or discards the latest changes made. |
| Refresh | Refreshes the list to see recent records. |
Search
Section titled “Search”You have three types of filters to find records:
- Generic filter (to the right of the title): shows any record containing the entered text.
- Funnel filter (to the right of each column): shows a list of existing values to select.
- Bottom filter (below each column title): allows entering or selecting specific values.
Detail screen
Section titled “Detail screen”When entering a call, you access all available data, organised into:
- Top options: actions available on the call.
- Main screen content: main data of the call.
- Tabs: complementary actions related to the call (employees, centres, etc.).
Top options in detail screen
Section titled “Top options in detail screen”| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| New | Creates a new call. |
| Save | Saves the latest changes made. |
| Save and close | Saves the changes and returns to the previous screen. |
| Cancel | Discards the latest changes. |
| Refresh | Refreshes the content to see changes made by other users. |
| Operations | Allows Assign all employees not yet assigned to this call. |
