Vehicle / machine editing from the assistant

The coordination and subcontracting assistant of MySmart OSH includes an option to edit vehicles / machines directly from the record list, without the need to navigate to another screen.

How to edit a vehicle / machine

1. Access step 4 · Vehicles / Machines of the coordination or subcontracting assistant.
2. In the list Vehicles / machines of the external company associated with the coordination, locate the record you want to modify.
3. Click the pencil icon ( Edit vehicle / machine ) next to the record.
4. Modify the available fields on the same screen.
5. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Tip

Quick editing from the assistant avoids having to leave the creation or review flow of the coordination to correct basic data such as registration number, brand, model, or type of vehicle / machine.
