Types of medical examination

From Health Surveillance > Configuration > Types of Medical Examination you can register and consult the available types of medical examination.

Tip

The type of medical examination identifies the examination performed and is used:

• In the appointment itself, once the record is created, as a selectable field.
• In the detailed screen of specific biological analysis in the Occupational Medicine module.

List screen

Displays the set of available types, with top options and filters.

Top options

Option	Description
New	Registers a new type of medical examination. You only need to provide code and name.
Delete	Permanently deletes the selected record.
Save / Cancel	Saves or discards the latest changes made.
Refresh	Refreshes the list.

Caution

It is not recommended to use “Delete” unless strictly necessary. If a type becomes obsolete, modify its name to avoid confusion for users.

Detail screen

When entering a type of medical examination you see its code and name, and you have the same top options as in the list, plus Save and close to return to the previous screen.
