Questionnaires

The Questionnaires module of Smart OSH allows you to create any type of online form or questionnaire to report information and generate automated actions within the platform.

Main features

  • Create questionnaire templates with different types of questions.
  • Plan and assign the completion of questionnaires through tasks.
  • Create checklists by scope, position, team, or activity.
  • Generate anonymous and follow-up questionnaires for employees.
  • Set scoring per question and obtain a total result.
  • Manage answers as correct, incorrect, or not applicable.
  • Create question groups to organise the questionnaire.
  • Automatically generate and send the questionnaire report by email.
  • Configure automatic actions to generate Risk Factors, Measures, Tasks, and Non-conformities.
  • Consult dynamic analyses and questionnaire dashboards.
