How to access the platform

To access Smartosh, the administrator user will provide you with:

• The access link.
• The username.
• The password or a link to set it up for the first time.

With this information, you will be able to enter the Smartosh homepage.

How to request a new password

If you have a username and do not remember your password, use the Forgot my password option available on the login screen.

1. Go to Smartosh and click on Forgot my password.
2. On the next screen, fill in one of the two fields: Username or Email address.
3. Click on Submit data. The programme will show you a confirmation notice.
4. If the programme has your email address, you will receive an email to change your password immediately.

Caution

If you do not receive the email after 5 minutes, contact your manager.
