How to register a support query

When you need to contact Smart OSH technical support, you can do so directly from the application.

Steps to follow

1. Access Smart OSH.
2. Select the Help section.
3. Select the Support section.
4. Fill in the fields Name, Phone, Email and Message.
5. Press Send.

Tip

To help the support team assist you as quickly as possible, write the Message field with as much detail as possible: what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
