Check the access of a vehicle or machine

The Access Control is the tool that allows you to quickly and easily check whether a vehicle or machine can access your client’s facilities, as well as review the related information and documentation.

How to check access

1. Go to Access Control from the main menu.
2. Perform a search by entering keywords of the vehicle or machine: registration number, brand or model.
3. Select the vehicle or machine from the list to open its record.

Once selected, you can check:

• The access status to the facilities.
• The documentation associated with the vehicle or machine.
• The contact persons linked.

Status icons

Each vehicle or machine shows two icons that summarise its situation at a glance:

Access status

• 🟢 Green: access allowed.
• 🔴 Red: access not allowed.

Documentation status

• 🟢 Green: all requested documentation is uploaded and validated.
• 🟡 Yellow: the mandatory documents are accepted, but there are non-mandatory documents pending.
• 🔴 Red: mandatory documents are missing to be uploaded and/or validated.

Tip

If the access status appears in red, first check the documentation status icon: it is most common that some mandatory document is missing to be uploaded or validated.
