How to register a medical examination appointment

To register a medical examination call-up from the Vigilancia salud module, follow these steps:

Steps

1. Go to Vigilancia salud > Convocatorias reconocimiento médico and click Nuevo.
2. Fill in the basic information on the call-up detail screen.
3. Complete the Centros sanitarios section.
4. Assign the employees to the call-up.
5. Click Guardar.

Note

• In step 3, configuring the healthcare centres is what will allow the employee to make an appointment when applicable.
• In step 4, assigning employees is what enables the subsequent phases of acceptance/decline and self-registration.

Tip

Before creating call-ups, make sure you have configured the general settings, the report templates, the email templates and the default texts for medical examination call-ups. You will have to fill in less information manually and the emails will be sent with the correct content from the start.
