Associate company profile with company or main centre requests

Document request templates with the origin Main company and Main centre now support linking to a company profile. These origins have also been added to the automatic association of requests by company profile, allowing the informative documentation to be automatically delivered to external parties at the time of creating the coordination.

How to associate the company profile to a request template

1. Go to CAE > Settings > Request templates.
2. Create a new template or edit an existing one.
3. In the Origin (to whom it is requested) field, select Main company or Main centre.
4. In the Company profile field, choose the profile to which the template should be linked.
5. Complete the rest of the template fields and save the changes.

From that moment on, when a coordination is created whose company profile matches that of the template, the request will be automatically generated with the indicated origin.

Tip

This workflow is ideal for automating the delivery of informative documentation (instructions, internal regulations, emergency plan, etc.) to subcontractors, without having to assign it manually coordination by coordination.

Also available from the coordination

Linking the company profile to requests with the origin Main company and Main centre is also available when creating or editing document requests directly from the coordination, not just from templates.
