How to export dashboards

To export a dashboard from Smart OSH, follow these steps:

Steps to export

1. Go to Dashboards > Dashboards and select the dashboard you want to export.
2. If you need to filter any information before exporting, do so on the screen itself.
3. Select the export icon located on the right side of the screen and choose the type of document you want to export.
4. Open the downloaded document.

Available formats

Dashboards can be exported in:

• PDF.
• PNG.
• Excel XLSX format.

Partial export by chart

In addition to exporting the entire dashboard, each chart has its own export section, allowing you to download only the data you need.

Tip

Partial export by chart is highly recommended when exporting to Excel XLSX format. If you export the entire dashboard in XLSX, an Excel file is downloaded with one tab per chart, which may not be the most practical for working with specific data.
