How to register a visit from the environment URL
When the administrator shares a visit environment URL, the visitor can register their entry directly from a browser, without needing to install the App or access the Viewer app. This is the most common option when the visitor is expected to register their entry independently.
Steps to register the visit
Section titled “Steps to register the visit”- Access the visit environment URL provided by the administrator.
- Fill in the fields displayed on the screen.
- Click Accept or Sign (depending on the configuration of the company to be visited).
Entry registration fields
Section titled “Entry registration fields”| Field | Description |

| Entry identification code (optional) | Free text with the entry identification code. Usually pre-filled by the company to be visited. |
| Identification type | Selectable with the options NIF / NIE, CASS or Others. |
| Identification | Free text with the identification document. The programme validates the NIF / NIE if that option is selected in Identification type. |
| First name | Free text with the name of the person entering. |
| Surname 1 | Free text with the first surname. |
| Surname 2 (optional) | Free text with the second surname. |
| Visit type | Selectable indicating the type of visit being made. |
| Visitor’s company | Free text with the name of the visitor’s company. |
| Person being visited (optional) | Free text with the name of the person being visited. |
| Email for sending receipt | Email address to which the registration information will be sent. For this to be sent, this option must be enabled in Smart OSH. |
| Information to consult | Text, images or videos to consult. Appears or not depending on the configuration of the company to be visited. |
| Agreements | Checkbox to accept the indicated information. Appears or not depending on the configuration of the company to be visited. |
